Fair Weather Friends...

Ironing board and iron are not included in sale

This time tomorrow I will be in a state of flux.. the doors to the hall will be opened for all the stallholders at the Vintage & Handmade Fair, to flood in to the hall to set up their stalls. Flood is a word I am using with caution as the weather report is not good..but us Brits are made of stern stuff and Jayne and I hope that you will don your galoshes and souwesters, inflate your life rafts, to make your way to the third Vintage & Handmade Fair in Chipping Sodbury, south Gloucestershire.
It promises to be our biggest and hopefully our best.. and whatever the weather.. all will be welcomed with open arms and a cup of tea and finest homemade cake...
Can't wait to see old friends and meet new friends and share some wonderful camaraderie amongst our beautiful blogging folk..
Hope to see you there..

Your Christmas goodies look wonderful & I'm sure they'll be snapped up in minutes.

Our blog friends are made of stern stuff - a few drops of rain won't keep them away from all that vintage loveliness!
There will be plenty of good cheer to warm everyone up!

Right - I have an appointment with the flour, eggs & milk - baking day!

Such gorgeousness Michele - your stand will be fab.
Please keep calm - you and Jayne have done a wonderful job with the preparations for the fair - you should be very proud. I feel most fortunate to be a part of it.
Yes, fingers crossed for fine weather, but we'll be fine whatever...
(One small point - I clicked on the V&H website this morning and it says today is the fair!)
See you tomorrow!! Unless I have it all wrong! ha!

We are on our way ;-)

Sending you tons of best wishes, not that you need it, you've got the recipe completely right. Brits are daft and love going out in the worst of weather so you'll be fine. The fair will bring cheer and fun to a gloomy day.

That fair is going to be a huge success ... so many fabulous items will be on display! And then there's that cake and tea.

Just wish that I were not an ocean away. It's just the sort of event I would live to visit.

Best wishes!

I wish you and Jayne and all the stallholders all the best for tomorrow and I am sure it will be a huge sucess.
Your fair has been a great inspiration and encouraged a lot of people to give it a go all over the country!
You have started a homecrafting fair revolution - go girls! x

Wish I could attend, you're a long way from Yorkshire :) Have a wonderful day, I think the bad weather will make people want to look at lovely things and eat homemade cake and drink tea, so just the ticket.
